Hot off the heels of opening our flagship service at Gledswood Hills, we are preparing to open centres at Bardia and Austral. Both centres are mid-construction and due to open in the second half of 2024.

About Us
Futuro is new on the scene but is owned by partners with substantial experience in the sector. We opened our first centre in Gledswood Hills in July 2023, and have a further five centres in various stages of development scheduled to open in 2024-2025. About You
We are looking for someone with:
- An ECT qualification
- Experience working in a newly-opened centre
- A commitment to high quality care & children’s’ safety
- A passion for the Reggio Emilia-informed pedagogy
- A valid Working With Children Check, First Aid and Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Permission to work in Australia (we are happy to discuss sponsorship)
Futuro is running a distributed leadership model, which provides for Educational Leadership across the three main age groups, with generous time out of ratio for programming and planning in each role. There is also the ability for the Educational Leader to allocate time out of ratio to other staff as needed to work on programming and planning as needed, and for focus work on sustainability, compliance, inclusion support and safety.
